Give us the address attached to your academy account and we will email a link that lets you set a new password. Nothing about your courses, submissions or certificates changes.

The link is valid for 60 minutes, then it stops working.
One link can be requested every 60 seconds.
Your existing password keeps working until you set a new one.

Use the address you sign in with. If you have more than one account, request a link for each.

If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder before requesting another.
