This policy is not ready to publish

It cannot yet name the registered entity name, the RC registration number or a registered postal address. Fill these in under Settings → Identity before launch.

It also needs review by a Nigerian legal practitioner. This text is a starting point written against NDPR and general practice, not legal advice.

Your account

You need an account to study. Keep your password to yourself: anything done from your account is treated as done by you, and a certificate is issued in the name on the account.

Give us a name you can stand behind. It prints on your certificate, and an employer will check it against you.

What you are buying

A paid course or workshop gives you access to that material for as long as the academy operates it. The all-access pass covers the workshops in the store at the time you buy and any added while it is active.

Access is personal. Do not share your login, and do not download, re-record, re-upload or redistribute the recordings. They belong to the academy and to the practitioners who taught them.

Certificates

A certificate is issued when you have completed the lessons and passed the assessments a course requires. It is not issued for attendance, and it cannot be bought separately from the work.

The academy may revoke a certificate if it was issued in error, or if the work behind it turns out not to be yours. Revocation is visible on the public verification page immediately. We record why, and we will tell you.

Conduct

Submit your own work. Do not submit anyone else's, and do not pass off generated text as your own analysis — the assessment exists to establish what you can do.

Questions and notes are visible to instructors and academy staff. Keep them civil and on topic.

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms. Where we do, we will say why.

What we undertake

We will keep the material available and working, and we will mark submitted work within a reasonable time. We do not promise that the platform is never unavailable, and we do not promise a particular career outcome from completing a course.

Courses are professional development. They are not a licence, a regulatory qualification, or a substitute for one.

Changes

We may change a course's content to keep it current. If we materially change these terms we will say so on this page and date the change. Continuing to use the academy after that is acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
